  1. Ah, you saw Hick. I really don't get where that movie was going. Also, it is awesome that you saw Perfect Sense. That is one of the most underrated films in recent history, I believe.

    1. Yeah, Hick was a mess, and not in a good way. I'm surprised Perfect Sense came and went so quickly, with no awards play. I really liked it.

  2. Woah, that's a lot of films. I'm hoping to see some of those soon, especially Sound of my Voice and Take this Waltz, finally.

    Great movie.

  4. I am in awe of how many movies you watched last month! It's cool that you got to see The Great Escape in a theater. Is this the old classic with Steve McQueen as the "cooler king?"

    1. I'm trying to squeeze in a lot of 2012 films before the end of the year. :) Yeah, that's the McQueen film. Love it!

    2. I'm also in awe Stephanie. It's amazing how you can watch sooo many movies Josh. That's cool that you're able to review a lot of them too!

    3. Thanks! I'm always amazed by Tyler at Southern Vision (http://magnoliaforever.wordpress.com/), who sees even more films than I do on a monthly basis!

  5. Glad you loved Skyfall, and I really must rewatch On Her Majesty's Secret Service, which I've only seen once.
You should check this interview with Lazenby, a clip from the new Bond documentary, he has a few fun anecdotes up his sleeve:

    1. OHMSS is one of my new favorite Bond films. I actually think Lazenby made a good Bond too.

Love that clip. Didn't know that Lazenby never acted before Bond. Now I want to see that documentary. :)

    1. Thanks! I need to see both of those, but I'll probably see Killing Them Softly later this week.

And thanks for the follow! :)

  8. Really good going, looks like you picked well too, not heard of Hick but with half a star from you I can't imagine it being very good.

This week I'm going to the cinema 4 times, I'm quite excited, but then I always am with the start of outdoor cinema; Argo, Two Days in New York, Ruby Sparks and Killing Them Softly, I have high expectations.

    1. Haha. Hick was really bad, but I was intrigued. It stars Chloe Grace Moretz as a rebellious country girl who heads to Las Vegas. Total Recall just beats it for worst of the year.

Nice lineup. Should be seeing Killing Them Softly soon myself. :)
